This notice informs you how we appropriately use and securely handle the personal information you share with us in order that together we may serve the Church and share the Good News of Jesus Christ in all its fullness amongst East Asians.
OMF centres implement policies, practices and processes to safeguard the collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of personal data provided to them, in compliance with the local data protection laws.
Collection of Data
OMF centres may collect personal data on their websites, in various applications and response forms, during ministry events, seminars/webinars, and programmes.
Communication and Use of Data
Your personal information is held and used by us only for OMF International-related purposes. Your data will only be held on systems managed directly by OMF International or our close partners, with appropriate safeguards in place to ensure the security of data, and the limiting of access to only those personnel who have a specific need to access such data. If you sign up for email communications these may be sent to you through a third-party supplier, only using your data in accordance with this notice. The information you provide to register for these email communications will be transferred to the third-party tool for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
Media
As a faith-based organisation, OMF centres often shares photos or videos of its activities over their newsletters, website and social media channels. If you attend an OMF International activity, your image may be taken in photos or videos of the event which may be retained and published by OMF. If you do not want to be included, please inform a member of the OMF team.
Donors
OMF is committed to financial integrity, donor confidentiality and accountability. OMF will ensure that donors receive accurate and ethical information about the organisation, and the intended use, value and tax implications of donations.
OMF may wish to acknowledge your donation and if you wish to remain anonymous, you may inform us when you make the donation.

You may contact us to withdraw your consent and address any queries relating to the collection, use and disclosure of personal data.
You have the right to request us to:
provide you with detail of your personal data that we hold
correct any of your personal data
delete your personal data, subject to any legal or administrative requirements necessitating us retaining that data.

OMF International is a collection of separate centres across multiple countries. You may sign up to receive communications from any of our centres. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. Please be aware that by unsubscribing from communications from one centre it will not always unsubscribe you from communications from all other centres.
