Our team of Area Representatives are here to equip and enable you to explore how you can be involved in God's work in the world. If you want to know more about something you've read, have questions you need answering or want someone from OMF to come to your church, they are ready and happy to help.
Allen was born in Malaysia, his home is New Zealand, and he lives in London. Litsa is from Greece, where they met. After getting married they became members of OMF in 2003 and went to live in Malaysia where Allen taught New Testament at a seminary.
In 2012 they returned to UK where they now represent OMF in London and the Southeast of England. Allen recently completed a PhD which was focused on the ministry of OMF members in West Malaysia in the 1950s, 60s and 70s. They are inspired by the ministry of current OMF members serving in East Asia. They long for more people to hear about the work they are doing and be called to join them.
Angelo Lebrato is Italian, born in Uruguay, married in Germany to Andrea. They have 3 children: Lucas 18, Hanna 16 and Amy 12. They got to know each other on the mission field in Africa and both wanted to invest their lives in missions and serve the Lord. They all love music and have helped many young people in their journey of worship and discipleship. The Lebratos moved to London in 2010 and since then they have been involved in various ministries in there local church, currently they are part of an intercultural church plant that welcomes, learn and included other cultures worshipping God together.

Dunc has been a part-time volunteer Area Rep since 2014.
His father and grandfather were ministers in the Church of Scotland and Presbyterian / United Reformed Church, respectively, and he came to Christ in 1987.
Following a Masters Degree in Aeronautical Systems from Cranfield University, he spent his working career in Technical and Management Consultancy with a strong focus on data and information analysis.
He is married with a married son (working with another mission organisation) and two young grandsons.
Dunc is currently a Trustee and Ministry Team member at Frimley Baptist Church in Surrey and divides his time between OMF and developing materials to help people ‘Become more like Jesus’.

Tim grew up in rural Cheshire and came to Christ in Tanzania whilst on a two-year VSO tour. He served with Sue and their two boys in Malaysia and Singapore.
He is currently working towards a MA in Theology on a dissertation entitled "Missiological Implications of Climate Change".
Tim is keen to engage local churches for missional impacts in their local communities and in East Asia. He loves arranging events and taking people out for lunch!
He loves trees and bees and all things natural, rejoicing in God's creation daily.

Vatha was born in a refugee camp in Thailand where missionaries led her family to Christ before they moved to sunny Australia. She has degrees in media communications and marketing, working for non-profits and local government before gaining her Master's of Teaching (primary education) in Sydney. Vatha moved to the UK in 2014 and is currently living in Cambridgeshire but serves as an Authorised Lay Minster for Youth and Children (CoE) at her church in Suffolk. She has a passion for equipping the young people to have a heart for Asia, creating teaching resources, organising kids work for conferences, taking short-term teams to Asia, training leaders and running mission session for Youth Groups and Sunday schools across the East of England.
Charles was born in Lusaka, Zambia and Elizabeth in Swansea, Wales. They met in a small village in the Southern Philippines and were married in 1994. They have three children, one son and two daughters.
Charles trained as a Medical Laboratory Technologist and Elizabeth as a Haematologist. Together as a family, they did church planting work in Mindanao together with the Manobo people.
They returned to the UK in 2009, and became Area Representatives in the Wales-West, based in Bristol. They are also involved in fostering and currently look after two young boys.
Gerard is originally from Lancashire, and after a 10-year career in private forest management in Scotland, studied theology in Glasgow. Sarah grew up in Hampshire and studied Spanish and PGCE in Edinburgh, during which time she met and married Gerard. They joined OMF in 2002 and they spent 10 years in East Asia with their two children.
Gerard completed a PhD in Islamic identity in 2017, and this enables him to teach part-time in several theological colleges. Together with Sarah, they regularly deliver training in cross-cultural ministry and world faiths, and particularly enjoy helping Christians think about Islam and how best to love our Muslim neighbours.
Douglas grew up in Dundee, studied in Glasgow, and now lives in Bishopbriggs with his wife and three children. He graduated with a BA in Theology (with Cross-Cultural specialism) at International Christian College in 2006. Douglas served for 15 years in international student ministry based in Glasgow.
Douglas enjoys speaking, preaching and training with all age groups with a special interest in inspiring and equipping local churches in Scotland to share the gospel with the peoples of East Asia across the street and across the world. As an accredited Belbin Trainer, Douglas also provides workshops for church leaders and teams on teamwork and team unity.
Nathaniel’s father is American and his mother Anglo-Caribbean, but he was born and raised in Bangladesh. He has lived in Northern Ireland with his wife Donna since 2011.
Nathaniel has a Master’s in theology studied at Belfast Bible College and awarded by Queens University. His dissertation was on "church in an Islamic context".
Nathaniel was a cross-cultural Christian worker in Bangladesh for 7 years before moving to Northern Ireland.
Nathaniel has had the joy of both supporting churches in sending workers to East Asia to serve the Lord and being involved in local church ministries focused on sharing friendship and faith with East Asians in Ireland.
