In Memory of Louis and Helen Almond

Louis Almond passed away on October 3rd at the age of 101. Helen followed into the arms of her Heavenly Father two days later at the age of 93.

We’re blessed to have memorials for both Louis and Helen written by their family. Both of their stories are included in this downloadable PDF.

As the family writes…

Let us be comforted and encouraged that both Louis and Helen are safely Home at last – they would want us to meditate upon His precious Word in 1 Corinthians 2: 9-10 (ESV):

But, as it is written, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love Him — these things God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.” 

Let us be challenged, by the lives and testimonies of these two faithful servants, to receive and to truly KNOW this Jesus … to search His Word diligently as they did … to be willingly led by His Spirit … and to hunger for the depths and the riches of the mercies of God.
