Supervised by: U.S. Information Systems and Security Manager
Status: Volunteer (approx. 3 hours/week)
Location: Littleton, CO

- Assists teams with adaptation, learning, and productivity using applications:
- Both new and existing applications.
- Continual improvement of application use.
- Bridges from acceptance to excellence (mentoring, coaching, analysis).
- Works closely with support team to identify areas outside “break/fix” with growth opportunities.
- Works closely with IT leadership to identify improvement opportunities in IT applications.

- Love for Jesus Christ and growing relationship with him.
- Passion for East Asia and reaching its peoples for God’s glory.
- Background in adult learning styles and training methods.
- Experience training in computer applications and systems (2+ years).
- Servant-oriented stance and flexibility in working styles.
- Expertise in producing learning artifacts (handouts, demos, props etc.).
- Skilled in distance learning and remote conferencing.
