We are looking for a new Treasurer to join our Board of Trustees. This is a key governance role. The Treasurer leads the Board in its consideration of all financial and accounting matters of OMF (UK).

Responsibilities

As well as sitting on the Board of Trustees, the Treasurer chairs the Audit and Finance which advises the Board on all financial and accounting matters, and chairs the Investment Committee which manages the relationship with OMF (UK)’s Investment Manager who manages OMF (UK)’s investment portfolio.

The Treasurer should have an accountancy qualification and should be committed to OMF (UK)’s vision and values and would work closely with the Director for Finance and Corporate Services.

The Treasurer is a voluntary role which will involve a time commitment of approximately 12 -15 days per year.
