London’s Chinatown began to develop in the 1950s, when Chinese restaurants and businesses started popping up along Gerrard Street and the surrounding area, between Soho and Leicester Square in the West End.

Today, Chinatown is a thriving community of restaurants, bakeries, bars, souvenir shops, barbers, and more.

Each month, we gather to walk and pray around this hub of East Asian life in the centre of London. Taking time to consider the opportunities, the needs, the local Chinese Church, and the billions of Chinese people living all over the world.

After the prayer walk there’s also the option of getting to know one another better over a meal from one of the brilliant restaurants in the area.
