It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Thai people love to celebrate festivals so Christmas is a great opportunity to reach people with the Good News of Jesus Christ. Not only can you see Santa Claus hats and Christmas trees in malls but you can also see missionaries and Thai believers preparing for the many outreaches that will be done throughout the country. It is indeed the most wonderful time of the year!
For our student ministry in Mahasarakham, Christmas outreaches are a special way that we can help our former students who are Christians spread the gospel in the schools where they teach. For the second year in a row, we were able to go to a small school in rural Khon Kaen to bless the children and the staff with songs, games and the Christmas story. Many children prayed to Jesus for the first time. Pray for this outreach and many like it throughout the country to bear fruit that will last for eternity.
