News: Dr Luke Tan appointed as OMF Singapore’s Interim National Director

With effect from 1 Jan 2024, Dr Luke Tan has been appointed as OMF Singapore’s Interim National Director. Dr Luke had been serving on the Singapore Home Council since 2005 and recently stepped down as Chairman of the Singapore Home Council for OMF on 31 Dec 2023.

Dr Luke works as a Senior Consultant ENT-Head and Neck Surgeon in private practice and teaches as Adjunct Associate Professor at National University of Singapore. He previously held several leadership positions in the medical fraternity, including Associate Chairman in NUH and a past president of the Singapore Society of Otolaryngology.

He is currently serving as an Elder and Missions Chair at International Baptist Church Singapore. Dr Luke is also the Founder of Stretch Out International, mobilising tertiary students and young adults for marketplace missions.

Dr Luke is married to Carol, a part-time lecturer teaching academic writing at various institutions in Singapore, and they have two adult sons.
