We are definitely seeing an increase of “fruit” in terms of new people coming to join our team as both short and long-term workers.
This time last year, we had just four long-term workers left on the ground in the areas we have been working in South East Asia.
But Carlos from Brazil joined the team for 12 months and George from the UK for 6 months as sports coaches. God opened many doors for the first time with students, their parents and other coaches through them.
We also had three more Serve Asia Workers join our team to take part in a 1 month ethnography training course at a local university to learn about the local culture & religion. That resulted in one of them, who happened to be a national, deciding to come for an 11 month mission trip.
For years, we have been praying and mobilizing for new workers in a quickly depleting team. We would like to testify God’s steadfast love for our team!
