​​​​​​​Pray for wisdom for the Field Leadership Team in considering the allocation of funds to a few projects.

​​​​​​​Pray for the Lord’s leading and guidance in several meetings: Japan Home Council meeting on Feb 6 and Field Leadership Team on Feb 20-22, and discussions about a new ministry initiative at the end of Feb.

​​​​​​​Ask the Lord to encourage more church planting and partnering in Japan, and for wisdom for OMF Japan as the team reads the findings in a Church Planting report and discuss the issues over the coming months.

Pray for new workers who are experiencing harsh winters for the first time, for their continued adjustment and well-being. With the shortened hours of sunshine and severe cold, it is easy to fall ill or sink into depression.

Pray for protection, safety, and warmth through the cold winter days, especially for workers in Tohoku and Hokkaido areas.

Pray for all the new OMF workers who will be going to Japan in November and December, and for others who arrived in Japan just a few months ago, as they are about to experience their first winter season there. Pray for continued and sustaining grace in their transition and adjustment.

Pray for a mission seminar on 12 November in Tokyo on the topic of Japanese churches walking alongside internationals. An OMF colleague will be speaking at that seminar.
