Lord, you know the life of each Christian in Thailand, the ups and downs, the joys and the challenges. You see the difficulties of everyday life, temptations, disappointments, and distractions that want to draw our attention away from you. Lord, let us raise our heads and look up to you. Let us rejoice in your coming, bringing salvation and your constant presence with us. Help us to communicate the true meaning of Christmas in a country where Santa, Christmas trees and presents are seen all over the place but where so many people don’t know the true reason for celebrating.
