While Thais are lighting candles for Loy Gratong, let’s pray for the light of the Gospel in Thailand:
– Praise God for the Thai people who have found Jesus – the light of the world and of their lives
– Pray for all Christians – whether new believers or people who are following him for many years already, whether old people or young – to hunger for God’s Word and to find guidance in it for their lives
– Pray for God’s light to shine into hearts – uncovering anything that hinders from growing spiritually and enjoying communion with the Lord
– Pray for any leaders – parents, Sunday School teachers, youth group leaders, pastors, etc. – to be able to communicate God’s truths in a way that helps the listeners to see their lives in God’s light
– Pray for people who do not know the Lord yet to experience Him as the one who brings light and hope into their lives.
