At the beginning of this new year many people think about goals for this year. Join us in prayer for Christians in Thailand this week:
– to set good priorities and goals
– to hunger for God’s word and to spend time reading and meditating on it, being encouraged, challenged and shaped by it, growing in understanding and love for the Lord
– Christians to focus on the things mentioned in Philippians 4:8, as a God honouring life will follow from this perspective
– the Lord’s protection from the many ‘voices’ from society telling us how one could best be successful, accepted, loved, etc. and by that focus on oneself rather than on God and the things mentioned in Philippians 4:8
