Orientation Course (OC) is a four-and-a-half-week course for new workers as they move to their new countries and cultures. A major review of this course is well under way. It is a huge task. Pray for the OC Review team led by Alice Ho as they work towards having a wider orientation program with three components to meet the needs of the larger “who” of those joining the organization.
