One applicant is interested to serve the Japanese diaspora in Thailand. Pray for the application process as well as the communication and preparation between the Thailand Sending Center and the Diaspora Returnee Ministry Receiving Center to go smoothly.

Praise God for speaking to the Thai participants at the Beyond Borders Consultation (which focuses on diaspora ministries) and for His affirmation of them. Pray that many opportunities will open up as the Lord leads each of them.

​​​​​​​Pray that the Lord will continue to open their eyes to the changing missons context as He brings diaspora peoples in need of the gospel into the U.S. May they have the wisdom and creativity to grasp these challenges and opportunities.

Pray for the 10 OMF workers who recently joined others at a conference to think about the ways that OMF is engaged with East Asians who live, work and study outside their home countries.

Ask the Lord to guide them to be able to see the opportunities in reaching out to the diaspora groups in Thailand.
