注意事項：
如欲支持使團事工及宣教士的服事，可以下列方式奉獻給使團：
重要事項：
必須提供有關奉獻的資料 *：
- 奉獻者英文名稱
- 奉獻者的聯絡電話或電郵
- 奉獻者郵寄英文地址
- 所支持的項目或宣教士名稱
- 若欠缺部分或全部上述資料，使團將無法正確地送發奉獻者意欲支持的項目或宣教士或寄回收據
- 餽贈宣教士及支持短宣參與者，將發出收據(非扣稅收據)確認
- 若沒有註明所支持的項目及宣教士，將撥入使團經常費項目
- 為節約用紙，經你的同意，使團只在每年四月中提供全年收據報表，以便作扣稅用途，請填寫下列回條，以表達你的意願，謝謝！ (此項只適用於個人奉獻者)

透過網上銀行轉入上述戶口，並將網上收據確認電郵至 hk.accounts@omfmail.com，

- Project / member you want to support
- Please note that we cannot channel the fund to the project or the member you support if you do not specify clearly and we cannot issue tax-deductible receipt properly.
- We will not issue tax-deductible receipt for personal gift to members and Support to Serve Asia Workers (Short term mission workers) as well. We will acknowledge receipt for what we receive only.
- For all the donations without details, we will put into General fund support account.
