We are focused on 4 areas of ministry:
- Urban poor – We seek to make disciples who live in the Urban poor communities in and around Bangkok, with the hope of forming a small cell group of believers and linking these believers to a local church close to their community. If the church is not willing to oversee this community we develop this community into a church community.
- Hua Mark church – This is the local church we attend and help encourage the church members to reach out to their local community.
- ICS school ministry – We seek to intentionally build relationships with families in the school that our daughter attends to share the Gospel with them.
- Line manager – We are responsible for overseeing the manager of the Bangkok Mission Home (This facility is located in Bangkok and is both the OMF Thailand office as well as a facility that is used for running training courses to equip missionaries and the local church as well as a place for missionaries to stay when they come to Bangkok for various reasons such as needing to go their embassy, or need specific medical tests done that cannot be done in their local province, etc. Secondly, the Pines is a facility designed for missionaries to retreat from ministry and to rest and be refreshed for the ministry that lies ahead.
Pray for Bruce & Trish:
- That the spiritual strongholds that resist people hearing the Gospel will be broken.
- As we share the Gospel we are often confronted with the sin that is in people’s lives please pray for wisdom and discernment as we try and share the gospel with people who struggle with substance abuse, prostitution, unhealthy living conditions etc.
- That we will stay strong in our walk with the Lord.
